My role in this project was to produce presentation set, renders and documentation set. Maryann completed a beautiful design and I worked with her on the final details of the project.  The penthouse  has a unique and show stopping entry with a hidden pivot door that leads you into the butler's pantry. The feature shown in the render above consists of custom ribbed MDF panels in a striking black that you just want to run your hand along as you walk down the hall and around into the kitchen. The kitchen side of the wall hosts the pantry, built in fridge and additional storage. The glass door leads you into the butlers pantry with more beautiful custom joinery.

The new extension (living room 2 previously a deck) gives the owner a more open plan that allows her to entertain her guests with the freedom to still enjoy the large balcony with amazing city views. The master bedroom has a custom built in robe & luxurious Ensuite. The second bedroom received a light make over by updating the doors on the built in robe and flooring. A smaller bedroom has been converted to her home office where she completes her charity work. The penthouse also has a large bathroom and functional laundry. 

Overall this project is luxurious and high end with real marble and custom joinery used throughout giving this space a real unique and elegant feel.
