An overview of the project:

The land is the old channel 9 location, now currently owned by Lend Lease. The project has multiple buildings being designed and operated by different companies. A ILU aged care facility is being designed by different architects and run by Lend Lease. The second building is the RCF (Residential care facility). Various rooms have been designed to allow for various levels of care.  Each building will have retail stores located on the ground floor. The overall plan for the project is to be an retirement living and aged care facility in one, giving the residence everything that they need located on the property.

Meli Studio was brought onto the project by Catholic Health Care to drive the design of the facility and to complete the construction documentation for all interiors. Jackson Teece are the architects on the project with the project management by Lend Lease.

As this project is still is its early stages, i will only be showing the Cafe & Salon areas. I also designed the bedrooms for this project. These areas can be seen upon request.
