Mr & Mrs Jones purchased the 3 bedroom beachfront apartment as a holiday home. The family live part time in Asia and wanted a beautiful and modern space to come back to when they are back in Australia.

The couple had an existing back-lit artwork that they wanted put into entry and wanted a gallery vibe to the hallway. To save on cost, the family decided to get all of the joinery built in Asia and shipped back to Australia. They also wanted to use LED strips in the shadow-line of the ceiling to light every room and also incorporated a lot of LED lighting in cabinetry. 

This job was a full renovation with all FF&E items being selected. All Furniture was purchased later by the client.
